Shipping policy

Orders up to $75 CAD are subject to a flat shipping rate of $19 CAD within Canada. Orders over $75 CAD and up to $249.99 CAD are subject to a flat shipping rate of $15 CAD within Canada. (excluding bikes, frames, or oversized items)

Orders over $250 CAD (excluding bikes, frames, or oversized items) ship free within Canada.

International shipping is determined on a by-purchase basis.

Bicycles are subject to a $99 CAD flat rate within Canada and $249 CAD to the USA.

Most Frames and Framesets ship for $49 CAD within Canada and $119 CAD to the USA

All orders are fulfilled within a maximum of five business days and delivered within five to ten business days.

Certain items may be subject to a surcharge based on excess size and/or weight. These items will display shipping rates at checkout.

Due to availability and/or dealer agreements certain products may not be available for sale in your geographical region.

Due to any unforeseen or extenuating circumstances, we guarantee delivery of products within 90 days from the date of purchase.
